Elliot Vance, Owner

Elliot started in this trade pulling old aluminum sliders out of 1950s Fresno tract homes and learning what happens when flashing gets done wrong. He’s been running window and door work since 2009, and he still walks job sites in person. His rule is basic: if the crew wouldn’t put it in their own house, it doesn’t go in yours. Elliot is the one who signs the 365-Day Done Right Promise, and he takes that seriously. When he’s not inspecting a rough opening, he’s usually tinkering with a vintage truck or arguing about barbecue with anyone who’ll listen.

Marcus T., Lead Technician

Marcus is the guy who makes sure the framing underneath your new window is actually sound before anything gets ordered. He’s got more than a decade of experience with retrofit and full-frame replacement, and he’s certified on PGT and CGI impact-rated installs, which matters when you’re dealing with Fresno heat and the occasional wild storm.
